

Terri Morrissey is the founding partner of Accomplish with 25 years of senior line management and research experience. Her background as a former Partner in Emerge Consulting includes organization and behaviour change management, team and facilitator development, management development, research and audit, performance management, partnership development, executive coaching and 360 degree feedback. She has worked with a range of blue chip clients in the FMCG, manufacturing, technology, financial services, retailing, telecommunications and recruitment sectors and has also worked extensively in the public, statutory, voluntary and private sectors.
A major contributor to the development of courses for women managers, Terri was also Programme Director of the “Flexible Working Lives,” research and seminar series.

- Project manager and senior consultant on the implementation of the Local Government Performance Management and Development System programme in Ireland. Designer of the original model adopted by the Local Government and Institute of Technology sectors
- Senior consultant involved in the scoping, design, piloting and initial implementation of the Performance Management and Development System programme in the Institutes of Technology in Ireland
- Lead consultant in the implementation of the Performance Management and Development System in Dublin City Council Cork County Council, South Dublin County Council and Fingal County Councils. Provider of the Train the Trainer Programme for all Local Authorities in Ireland training 120 trainers in the sector
- Successful implementation of culture change in a large health insurance organization

Terri’s style of intervention combines challenge with support to effect real change in peoples’ attitude and behaviours to enable the translation of strategic aspirations into real practical action to achieve business goals.
A former lecturer at the University College Dublin Graduate School of Business, Terri’s earlier career included terms as General Manager of a software development company in Dublin and Manager of an Economic Development Unit in a London Council.
Terri has a degree in Psychology and holds an MBA from Fordham University, where she was a gold medallist and is a Beta Gamma Sigma member of the honours society. In addition to publishing academic and conference papers, Terri is a successful author on issues of work/life balance. She is a board member of the UK Association of Business Psychologists and has been conference speaker liaison.
